As our items are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our products. All customers can be eligible for a refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY: To initiate the refund process, customers must contact us via email at support@urbandivinity.co and provide visual evidence of the item(s) they wish to replace or receive a refund for. The visual evidence must include a photo of the front and back of the item(s) along with a video of the entirety of the item(s) [i.e. the interior, drawstrings, hemline, etc.]. Item(s) can not be damaged, worn, or washed. Please note that we do not guarantee a refund and reserve the right to reject any item(s) that fail to meet our criteria.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: If you receive a defective or damaged item; or receive the wrong item, please review your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at support@urbandivinity.co. We will work with you to assess the issue and find a solution.

LOST PACKAGES: After your order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, we are no longer liable for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Nonetheless, we will make every effort to help you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to retrieve your lost package.

CHARGEBACKS: Please be aware that filing a false chargeback is not permitted and may result in legal action against the customer. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who submits a false chargeback. If an order is placed without your consent, contact us immediately at support@urbandivinity.co to cancel the order, and resolve the issue.
